To be eligible for my Resilient Workplaces program I have found that there needs to be more than just a willing spirit; there needs to be commitment.
We both want to create a Respectful Workplace and Stop the Drama. I have an excellent set of skills and tools to share with you and your Leadership Team. You have the capacity to be a champion of this opportunity. And that's where we start because this has to work for you.
Here are some criteria that are necessary to make it happen:

As the leader choosing this program you will want to demonstrate a sincere willingness to fully engage with the learning. That means, doing the recommended advance reading, having at least one coaching call based on the program and giving examples of where you are either using the principles or aware of the opportunities. This will ensure that you have a good sense of what will be presented in the training and know what you are getting into. I sincerely want you as my partner so this sets the foundation for us to work together.
Workshops get you started but lasting change requires a long term commitment. You must be prepared for your organization to contract for a minimum of three months including full day trainings, one/one coaching and collection of progress data towards outcomes.
Prepared to challenge others as the training unfolds. Knowing the way is not going the way. You must take action where needed to keep the momentum moving through the Leadership Team and ultimately the organization. I'll be there coaching you along but you will be the face of the transformation.
